Quotes & pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide about your home and its condition. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual size, condition, or scope differs meaningfully from what was described. We'll always communicate any change before proceeding — no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Scheduling, access & cancellations

You agree to provide safe, timely access to your home at the scheduled time (for example, a key, code, or someone to let us in). If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us reasonable advance notice so we can adjust our team's day. Repeated lockouts or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something wasn't cleaned to your standards, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no additional charge. The guarantee covers re-cleaning the areas in question.

Property, care & liability

We are bonded and insured, and we treat your home with care. In the rare event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us promptly so we can address it. Please secure or point out fragile, valuable, or sentimental items in advance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear.

Products & pets

We use plant-based, non-toxic cleaning products. If you have specific product preferences, allergies, or pets with special needs, please tell us in advance so we can accommodate them safely.

Payment

Payment terms are provided with your quote or invoice. Invoices are typically due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
